GitBucket moved to GitHub organization

We complete to move all of GitBucket repositories to the gitbucket organization to glow up as open-source community. Now, we have following repositories:

• gitbucket
• gitbucket-news
• gitbucket-gist-plugin
• markedj

Also, we will provide official plug-ins or libraries used in GitBucket at this organization.

File attachment in issues had been supported only image files until GitBucket 3.7. Since 3.8, supports following file types:

• .pdf
• .gif
• .jpg
• .png
• .docx
• .pptx
• .xlsx
• .pdf
• .txt
